One of the most eye catching moments in this video is the fact that JD Russo is only 15 years old. He has no sort of degree or certification. He did not need them to become a leader, to change things for better. He runs on determination and desire. His attitude is positive and empowering. To be a leader, you do not need to go through training. Instead you have to have a broad perspective and initiative. To be successful through out my mentorship all I need is to have determination, initiative and desire to learn.

With desire as my motivation, I will strive to make those that feel incapable, capable as I will ignite the fire in their bellies, so they can go on and ignite other people.

A leader can be an individual that simply does a small action that affects the greaer good in a positive mannar.
